The Township is aware of a technical issue affecting our property tax online portal. While some functions remain operational, multiple users have reported issues related to account enrolment and email confirmations. We are working with our IT and software partners to resolve this issue as soon as possible. The Township of Manitouwadge is providing notice that Council adopted Official Plan Amendment By-law 2026-26 and passed Zoning By-law 2026-27 on August 13, 2026, regarding the property located at 7 Sault Road.
The attached notice outlines the purpose and effect of the amendments, provides information on the statutory public consultation process, and explains appeal rights to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT). The notice also includes important deadlines, eligibility requirements for appeals, and contact information for obtaining additional information.
