Please allow up to 30 calendar days for processing in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). Additional time may be required for complex requests or requests involving a large volume of records.

All dogs and cats must be licensed through the Township. Complete the Dog/Cat Licence Application and submit it by email to bylaw@manitouwadge.ca. For licence fees and additional information, please visit our Animal Control page.

Applications for boards and committees are accepted when vacancies arise. When available, complete the Boards and Committees Application and submit it by email to admin@manitouwadge.ca.

Most construction and demolition projects require a permit prior to starting work. Complete the Building or Demolition Permit Application and email it to mleo@manitouwadge.ca for processing.

Residents can submit inquiries or report concerns using the Inquiry/Complaint Form. Please include detailed information about the event to help staff review and respond appropriately.

Community groups and organizations can apply for municipal funding to support local events, programs, and services. Complete the Donation Request Application and submit it to reception@manitouwadge.ca.

Please note that each application and report listed below is a separate form and must be completed individually, where applicable.

All lottery licensing applications, reports, eligibility forms, and supporting documentation must comply with the terms and conditions established by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

Property owners who wish to review or dispute their assessed property value can complete the MPAC Request for Reconsideration Form and submit it directly to MPAC.

A Burning Permit is required for open-air burning within the Township. Complete the application and submit it by email to firechief@manitouwadge.ca for approval.

The Photo Copyright Release Form grants the Township permission to use submitted images for promotional and communication purposes. Complete the form and submit it to the Township as directed.

Share your comments, concerns, or suggestions with the Township by completing the Public Feedback Form and submitting it to admin@manitouwadge.ca.

Property owners experiencing financial hardship may apply for relief through the Property Tax Reduction Application. Completed forms can be email to treasurer@manitouwadge.ca or dropped off at the Municipal Office.

Eligible seniors and persons with disabilities may apply for assistance through the Relief of Tax Increase Application to help offset property tax increases. Completed forms can be emailed to treasurer@manitouwadge.ca or dropped off at the Municipal Office.

Update your property ownership name or mailing address by completing the Name and Address Change Request Form and submitting it to reception@manitouwadge.ca.

Individuals or groups wishing to appear before Council must complete the Request for Delegation Form and submit it to admin@manitouwadge.ca for consideration.

Request a formal review of a decision by completing the Request for Review (Hearing) Form and submitting it to admin@manitouwagde.ca.

Eligible property owners may apply for assistance through the Water and Sewer Levy Relief Application. Complete the form and submit it to the Township for review.
