Thanksgiving Office Closure Notice

As Thanksgiving approaches, we would like to remind residents that the Municipal Office will be closed on Monday, October 12 in observance of the holiday.

We wish everyone a safe, warm, and happy Thanksgiving spent with family, friends, and loved ones.

Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, October 13.

The issue affecting the Township’s property tax online portal has been resolved. Online account enrolments and email confirmations should now function normally. In light of this technical issue, the Township is providing an additional grace period to October 15th, 2026 in respect of amounts originally due by September 30th, 2026.

If you require information about your property tax account, accessing the online portal, or you wish to make a payment, please contact the Township at 807-826-3227 ext. 0.

Voter Information Letter Update

By Township of Manitouwadge - Oct 09, 2026
Voter Information Letters have been mailed by our third-party election provider, and we were expecting residents to begin receiving them today. However, it appears there has been a delay in mail delivery, and many households have not yet received their letters.
We now anticipate the letters will begin arriving on Tuesday, October 13.
If you would prefer not to wait for mail delivery, you may visit the Voter Help Centre at the Municipal Office on Tuesday, October 13, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., where staff can print your Voter Information Letter for you. Please have identification available so staff can verify your information.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
