The Township of Manitouwadge, in order to be more effective in establishing user fee rates and services for non-profit organizations and sport groups, has established an annual information collection process.
The 2023 Non-Profit/Sport Group Application Form is designed to act as a catalyst for the Township to work more closely with all non-profit organizations and sport groups and in turn to ensure that appropriate assistance levels are in place for all.
All Non-Profit Organizations and Sports Groups MUST complete and submit a 2023 Non-Profit/Sport Groups Application Form in order to be eligible for consideration of the following:
- 2023 Municipal Non-Profit User Fee Rates
- 2023 Municipal Non-Profit Facility Rental Agreements
- 2023 Requests to Reduce/Waive User Fees
- 2023 Requests for In-Kind Township Services
Please Note: Only Non-Profit Organizations and Sport Groups who submit a completed application form no later than November 14, 2022 at noon will be eligible for consideration of any of the above listed 2023 fees, rental agreements and services.
