Purpose and Effect
The Corporation of the Township of Manitouwadge has received a complete Official Plan Amendment Application and Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application for 7 Sault Road and is notifying the public in accordance with the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended.
The purpose of the applications are to permit a proposed cardlock gas station in a Light Industrial zone/designation. Current provisions in the Official Plan and Zoning Bylaw only permit gas stations in the Corridor Mixed Use zones/designations.

Location: Council Chambers, 1 Mississauga Dr.
How to Participate in the Public Meeting:
1. Submit written comment to the Deputy Clerk at admin@manitouwadge.ca or drop off at: 1 Mississauga Dr. Manitouwadge, ON P0T 2C0.
Please note submissions must include sender’s name and contact information.
Please note communications are part of the public record that will be provided to council and made available to the general public, pursuant to the Planning Act and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
2. Speak to Council by attending the meeting in person. Pre-registration is required by emailing admin@manitouwadge.ca or by calling (807) 826-3227 ext. 231. Staff will return your call and provide participation details.
3. View the meeting online at The Corporation of the Township of Manitouwadge – YouTube. The livestream will begin at 6:00 PM.
