At the December 12, 2023 Council meeting, Council approved a Municipal Donation Policy designed to support local not-for-profit groups and organizations through a financial donation to assist their organization or event.
For the 2024 operating budget, Council approved $25,000 to be made available to support the donation program. Applicants can apply for up to $1,000 in financial assistance to support their organization with operating or event costs. Additionally, in-kind donation requests can be submitted through the Community Services Department during their annual call for in-kind requests in November of each year.
Applications must be submitted to the Township no later than Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 4:00 pm to:

Council will consider all applications as part of the annual 2024 Municipal Operating & Capital Budget deliberations.
Applicants will be contacted if further information is required and following Council’s review and consideration of all applications.
