People that live in Manitouwadge are anxious to work towards the betterment of our community because we believe in the future of the town as a place to live, work and retire.

The people of Manitouwadge are ambassadors for the community when traveling elsewhere because we believe in a lifestyle where hunting, fishing, curling, golfing and everyday enjoyment of the outdoor are readily available. We live here because the air is clean and our children are safe.

We know that there are inconveniences such as blackflies in the summer and extreme cold in the winter, but we choose to revel in these circumstances and even brag about them.
